If you happen to pass by an assault without realizing it, an objective marker will usually show up on your map for a certain amount of time if you happen to fly right over it. Just do them while you're completing the millions of other things there are to do. They will pop up randomly so there's not much sense in actively seeking them out. You'll find these assaults in areas with lots of alleyways like the Industrial District, Park Row, and the Bowery. In fact, you can pretty much always do a silent takedown if you sneak up from behind, but you really don't have to since the guy is so easy to beat. These are very easy because you only have to fight one guy and he's never armed nor does he have any armor. The best way to come across these is to keep your ears perked up for some guy yelling at somebody who is very scared of them OR just random sounds of someone getting beat up. It'll usually be a guy in an orange jumpsuit beating on a guy in a parka.
